Accessibility statement.
The standard we work to, how to report a barrier, and how to reach us without using this site at all. Last updated August 13, 2026.
We want this site to work for everyone who needs it, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion settings.

Where we are
We build and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at Level AA. We use it as our working target. We are not claiming the site meets every criterion today, because we have not had it independently audited and we would rather tell you that than post a badge we cannot stand behind.
We review the site against that target when we make changes, and we fix what we find.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site is hard to use, or something blocked you outright, tell us and we will fix it. This is the fastest route to an actual change.
- Email. [email protected]
- Phone. (630) 492-1318
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you are using assistive technology, telling us which one helps us reproduce it. We aim to reply within one business day and to tell you what we are doing about it and roughly when.
You can always reach us another way
You never have to use this website to become a client or to get an answer. If a page is in your way, call (630) 492-1318 or email us and we will do it with you directly. That includes sending information, asking about services, and getting a price. Nothing here is available only through the site.
Parts we do not control
The client portal and our payment checkout run on third party platforms. So do some documents we link to, including forms and publications on government websites. We do not control how accessible those are. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will get you the same result another way.
